CSD Email Setup instructions for Eudora

1. When you open Eudora for the first time, the New Account Wizard will appear. If you do not see the New Account Wizard, please go to these alternate instructions for Eudora.

Click Next.

 

2. Under Account Settings, click Create brand new email account

Click Next.

3. Under Personal Information, enter your name. For example: Jane Doe.

Click Next.

4. Under Email Address, enter your CSD email address. For example: jane@csd.net

Click Next.

5. Under Login Name, enter your csd username. For example: jane

Click Next.

6. Under Incoming Email Server, enter mail.csd.net
Select POP as the type of email server.

Click Next.

7. Under Outgoing Email Server, enter mail.csd.net
Uncheck the "Allow Authentication" box. (note: make sure that this is unchecked, otherwise, you will not be able to send email).

Click Next.

8. On the next screen, click Finish. You should now be able to check your CSD email by clicking the Check Mail button in Eudora.
